They are always on time or early. The place is clean and their customer service is excellent. They greet you with a smile.

I cannot recommend Tacoma Family Dental strongly enough. I was very worried about going to a dentist because I knew I needed significant work done, but from the first phone call everyone in the practice made me feel more comfortable, and the work itself went much more smoothly than I'd feared. While I cannot say that I look forward to future dental visits, I no longer dread the idea, thanks to the kindness, professionalism, and skill of Dr. Song and his wonderful staff.

Great customer service and patient care. The office manager is exceptionally amazing as she actually cares about the patients and not just ability to pay. Really does feel like a family. Highly recommend as even my 8 year old likes going to the dentist because of the friendly atmosphere and great personalities of all the dental staff.

I have been going to this dental office for 28 years now and although some of the people have changed over time, I have always had a good experience. I am unfortunate enough to have terrible teeth, a rare root system and sensitive teeth; I grind so bad I have two nightguards, ten root canals and crowns and now need a tooth implant. Through all of these issues I have received excellent, innovative, updated technology and care in this dentist office.

Everyone always seems happy and glad to see all the patients. You make all feel welcome. Probably no one really enjoys going to the dentist: we go because we know how important it is to our general health and well-being. Every time I have an appointment you make me glad when I arrive that I am there! I think the atmosphere you create because you all treat each other with respect and genuine appreciation buoys at least my confidence that you might just have the best practice in town. Office rooms were spick and span! New plants were displayed and was pleasant to walk around to view them. All in all it is a pleasant clean place and made me feel I'd return again to come to get treated. I noticed the great changes have been made in the waiting treatment chair as well and the window treatment with new shades! Loved to see in front of me setting on the chair as I waited for Dr. Song to come in. It has been a wonderful experience today.
